Deb Reardon, Riders Crossing Owner & Manager
Celebrating over 22 years of building a life-long dream, Deb just loves the people and animals she shares her life with through her business. She currently owns two great horses and enjoys Dressage, Hunt Seat, Driving and is an avid trail rider… she trekked 150 mile trail ride across Scotland!

Deb's awesome expertise and warm, caring spirit sets the tone for the business at Riders Crossing. She looks forward to meeting and sharing with you.

Deb & her Morgan gelding, Tarrons Bustin Thyme, affectionately known as "Buster" at a Saratoga Driving Clinic with Jeff Morse at Akers Acres Farm in Valatie, NY. Deb & Buster have enjoyed 20 wonderful years together and still going strong. Trail riding and driving are our favorites!

Deb's newest horse friend, Scout's Blue Moon, aka "Scout". He has been an absolute joy to work with since he was 5 1/2 months old and now at 5 we are progressing nicely with help from Jamie Ziehm and Tess at Higher Ground Farm. Oh what new adventures we will share!

Ashley Guilbault - Newsletter Editor

Ashley has been with Rider's Crossing since December 2010. She has a Bachelor's degree in Animal Science from S.U.N.Y. Cobleskill and most recently worked for World Equestrian Brands in Virginia as an Inside Sales Representative- Territory Manager. Now as our Assistant Manager she enjoys interacting with the customers and providing excellent customer service. Ashley always had a love for horses and all animals. She enjoys riding for fun at her friends stable and loves all outdoor activities such as biking, running, and hiking and loves her yellow lab (Duke) very much!

Sara Hamilton

Retail Sales Specialist with Rider's Crossing since December 2011

With 20 years personal experience, and degrees in Equine Science and Management, and Agricultural Business, Sara's passion for horses runs deep. She has been with her first horse and best friend Sox for the last 16 years. Though they spent many years competing, these days they're enjoying the trails. Nothing makes Sara happier than making memories with her son Carter in the barn, as she and Sox now teach horsemanship to the next generation
