Web Site Return Policy Items are returnable in new condition, in original packaging, with a dated sales receipt, up to two weeks after the sale for a full refund( less shipping). If you are not happy with an item and feel it is defective, please give us a call. We will do our utmost to remedy the situation. The item needs to be returned to us, so that we may contact the manufacturer. Items must be within normal usage, not abused, and within a one year period, unless a manufacturers warrantee states otherwise. Consignment, e bay, and final sale items are final sales.
